Quality Control Manager

We're looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance on high-impact construction projects. This is a leadership opportunity for a technical professional who thrives in the field, understands complex construction operations, and is passionate about delivering work that exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do

Lead all Quality Control activities from project startup through completion
Manage inspections, audits, testing, and quality documentation
Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, contracts, and project standards
Serve as the primary quality liaison with clients and project teams
Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors
Identify issues early and drive effective corrective actions
Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and project execution

Required Qualifications

Texas Professional Engineer (PE) License or Graduate of an ABET-Accredited Engineering Program

USACE CQCSM Certification

6+ Years of Construction Quality Management Experience

2+ Years of Structural Concrete Experience

2+ Years of Structural Backfill Experience

Ideal Background

USACE or Federal Construction
Heavy Civil or Infrastructure Projects
Structural Concrete Construction
Military or Public Works Projects
Design-Build Construction
