Bilingual Medical Office Representative

Nextaff is urgently hiring a bilingual Medical Front Office Representative to work with a busy primary care practice in Bradenton, FL. As a Medical Office Receptionist, you'll be greeting & checking in patients, scheduling, collecting co-pays, answering telephone calls, and ensuring patient records are updated. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire assignment, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule, that provides a clear path to earning a permanent position with great benefits with our client.

$17-$19 per hour, commensurate with experience
Weekly pay while on assignment and eligibility to apply for health benefits through Nextaff on Day One of employment

What We Need From You:

Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical office environment
Bilingual skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, is required
You have knowledge of medical office procedures, terminology and have experience documenting in EHR applications
You are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy solving problems
Background and drug screening required
