Inspection Center Team Lead - Quality & Training
Carvana
Carvana is seeking a Line Lead, Build to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center. You’ll drive safe movement of vehicles, meet production goals, and coach staff to uphold Carvana’s quality standards. You will monitor performance, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with the Inspection Center GM to decide repairs based on cost and quality.
