Electrical Assembly

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electrical Assembly Specialist located in Brookshire, TX to join their team. As an Electrical Assembly Specialist, you will be part of the Engineering and Staffing teams supporting electrical rework and harness building activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Assembly Specialist

Location: Brookshire, TX

Pay Range: $30

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible schedule preferred due to project demands)

What's the Job?

• Perform detailed rework procedures on electrical harnesses and assemblies for high-reliability manufacturing environments.

• Utilize soldering, crimping, and inspection skills to ensure electrical assemblies meet quality standards.

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions to execute tasks accurately.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by adhering to workmanship standards and documenting work accurately.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience supporting PCBA, harness, and electrical assembly rework activities.

• Proficiency in soldering, crimping, and electrical inspection techniques.

• Experience reading work instructions, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

• Knowledge of electrical workmanship standards, preferably IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.

• Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and documentation discipline.
