Veterinary Technician Supervisor

BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

Pay: $23.00 - $43.00 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor , you will…

• Serveas a mentor to lower-level staff bydemonstratingpositive work habits, effective clinicalskillsand business knowledge. 

• Coachteam members to be continuously aware and proactive atanticipatingand addressing patient and client needs and to seekassistancewith escalated, stressful situations. 

• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings. 

• Organize training schedules for Technician staff. 

• Identifyconflicts in the workplace andseekassistancein resolution.

• Providefeedbackleadership andworksto develop performance improvement plans. 

• Other related duties as assigned.
