You are passionate about selling and have the innate ability to convert an inquiry into a selling moment You Also Have Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience working in hospitality, luxury retail or servicing client A passion for providing a seamless and elevated experience for the client Knowledge of international designers and contemporary brands in menswear, women's wear, accessories, footwear, & beauty Strong understanding of company brand Ability to understand a customer’s concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision. Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Has the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with people As The Client Services Associate, You Will Handle in-store and telephone inquiries in a prompt, professional and courteous manner while working to ensure first call resolution with every inquiry. Input and/or update data and file information efficiently and accurately. Ensure all inquiries are resolved in accordance with department and SFA policies, procedures and standards. Assist in the achievement of department and company results by always being conscious of priorities and the needs of the department. Maintain an acceptable attendance and punctuality record including adherence to schedule. Liaise with internal departments.
