AI Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AI Strategist to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role,

you will shape the future of AI solution delivery for our valued customers. Collaborating closely with customers, you will

identify their unique challenges and opportunities, subsequently designing, implementing, and delivering tailored AI

solutions that surpass expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of the bespoke AI implementation lifecycle, from initial needs assessment to successful launch and ongoing support.
• Orchestrate complex customer stakeholder management, updates, approvals, and process mapping.
• Partner with customers to identify areas for business process optimization and transformation through AI integration, leveraging Qurrent's Orchestration System.
• Apply your AI knowledge to scope custom AI solutions in collaboration with Qurrent's engineering team.
• Create comprehensive project requirement documents and ensure timely and on-budget delivery of all project deliverables.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and exceeding expectations through exceptional service design and delivery.
• Conduct customer research and gather insights throughout the implementation process to inform Qurrent's product development roadmap.
• Partner with Product Engineering to communicate customer feedback, driving continuous improvement of Qurrent's Orchestration System and its capabilities.
• Educate executive customers on the potential benefits and limitations of AI solutions, and manage their expectations throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience leading complex technical projects, preferably in the AI or related technology space (e.g. RPA).
• Knowledge of AI agent capabilities and their application in various business contexts.
• Understanding of possibilities and limitations of LLMs and AI Agents.
• Strong business acumen with a passion for process optimization and transformation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional project outcomes, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive and results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights for product development.
• Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with bespoke AI solutions or similar custom technology implementations.
• Experience in educating and advising executive-level customers on technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships involving multiple stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.

Qurrent offers excellent benefits, competitive compensation packages and generous equity plans. The base salary pay range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000.
