AI-Powered Paid Acquisition Strategist

Flint is seeking a Performance Marketing Strategist to own paid acquisition across Google and Meta for a portfolio of brands. You’ll manage structure, targeting, bidding, budgets and creative testing, and own landing pages as well. You’ll work directly with engineers and account teams to optimize spend, diagnose waste, and scale profitable campaigns at speed, while shaping Flint’s frontier AI for growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
