Deputy Director, HR Strategy & Operations
U.S. Capitol Police
The United States Capitol Police (USCP) seeks a Deputy Director for the Office of Human Resources (OHR) in Washington, DC. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Director, OHR/CHCO and oversees HR programs, budget planning, and policy development in support of agency operations. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, obtain a Top-Secret clearance, and meet specialized HR experience at CP-12/GS-14 level.
