Job Description
-Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding
-Schedule and perform orientations
-Scan, organize, and file employee documents
-Maintain confidential employee records
-Answer phones and assist with general office tasks
-Keep digital and paper filing systems organized and up to date
-Provide occasional administrative support for special projects
Qualifications
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Reliable and dependable
-Professional and friendly
-Comfortable using computers and Google Office
-Able to multitask in a fast-paced office
-Comfortable handling confidential information
-Eager to learn and grow
