At Plante Moran, we have the privilege of serving clients and providing consultative services as they face challenges and seek new opportunities.Your role.Your work will include, but not be limited to:Lead and/or support projects around network strategy analytics and clinical integration, ambulatory efficiency and effectiveness, physician alignment, and value-based careSolving challenges for client success in all aspects of clinical care and value-based performanceCounsel and guide clients on how to leverage data from systems to improve clinical and operational outcomes in coordination with our healthcare analytics teamCollaborate with Plante Moran's healthcare revenue cycle team's projects while using your clinical expertise and knowledgeBuild and manage your own portfolio of projects and proposals from concept through completionThe qualifications.Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.10+ years relevant experience in healthcare industryClinical licensure (RN, RPh, PharmD, etc.) is a plusClinical leadership experience (manager, director, or above) is strongly preferred5+ years of professional consulting experience with a history of selling work5+ years’ experience with an Electronic Health Record system is preferred (Cerner, Epic, Meditech, or Allscripts, etc.)Project management experience required; LSS (Lean Six Sigma) is preferredFrequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 50%-75% overnight travelThis is an exempt position and may require working hours beyond the standard 40-hour work week.#LI-KN1What makes us different?On the surface, we’re one of the nation’s largest audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management firms. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group.
