Help

Extract and analyze information from databases and identify data entry errors and data deficiencies. Maintain accuracy and completeness of official case records and user log errors.

Make data entry corrections. Advise supervisor/manager when input errors are found or information is missing and recommend corrective action, including recommendations for revising data entry procedures.

Work with users to explain the causes of errors and actions necessary to prevent reoccurrence.

Generate and analyze statistical reports on a reoccurring basis. Assist with developing and customizing reports to fit district needs. Prepare and submit statistical data to the Administrative Office (AO) as required and in accordance with policy.

Assist in determining what information can be purged or archived from database.

Remain current and knowledgeable of all Probation Automated Case Tracking System (PACTS360) national updates and new generations provided by the AO. Provide PACTS360 training to staff who perform data entry or use PACTS360.

Act as the point of contact with outside agencies to resolve data discrepancies, verify case information, and ensure appropriate workload credit.

Manage DQA inbox and maintain Court calendars.

Perform office reception, answering telephones, typing, and filing.

Occasional travel, as needed.
