Salary: $65,000-$85,000+ base, depending on experience, plus uncapped performance incentives
Location/Travel: Regular local travel throughout the DFW territory

SUMMARY
We are seeking a Physician Liaison to develop and develop referral relationships for a specialty medical practice serving personal injury and auto accident patients.
This is a phone-based business development role focused on building relationships with personal injury law firms, case managers, medical offices, referral coordinators, and other professionals who help injured patients access medical care.
The practice provides access to specialists in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, and neuropsychology.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Build and maintain referral relationships primarily by phone
• Develop relationships with personal injury attorneys, case managers, referral coordinators, medical offices, and other referral sources
• Educate referral partners on available physicians, specialties, services, and the referral process
• Conduct outbound outreach to develop new referral accounts and expand existing relationships
• Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners
• Serve as a point of contact between referral sources and the medical practice
• Help resolve scheduling, communication, and service issues that could delay patient care
• Track outreach, referrals, relationships, and follow-up activity in the CRM

WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience with auto insurance claims and a strong understanding of the personal injury process
• Expertise working with 1st-party and 3rd-party claims
• Strong phone communication, relationship-building, and business development skills
• Experience communicating with attorneys, case managers, medical providers, claims professionals, or injured patients
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to independently manage a pipeline of referral relationships and outreach activity

PREFERRED
• Experience with healthcare referrals, physician relations, patient intake, or medical business development
• Familiarity with pain management, orthopedics, spine care, neurology, or related specialties
• Experience with Salesforce, EHR systems, Dialpad, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
