Trust Operations Coordinator

Detail-oriented and process-driven, the full-time Trust Operations Coordinator will manage the operational aspects of trust settlement functions, including scanning inbound checks, maintaining logs, and performing data entry, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Scan and stage all inbound trust settlement checks for Specialist review Maintain a daily check receipt log and perform initial data entry in NetSuite Assist with audit preparation and support exception resolution as directed Required qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, legal financial administration, or bookkeeping Strong data entry accuracy with attention to detail in financial processing Organized, dependable, and process-oriented with excellent follow-through Comfort with multiple banking systems and digital tools; ability to learn new platforms quickly
