Only allow bids from providers with active licenses in OR? Yes
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 days
No PA's will be considered.
We will consider 2 NP's to fill the full time need.

Job Responsibilities

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Practice Setting: Inpatient

Qualifications

Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes
Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
Candidates must be presented with the NIHSS certification to ensure they qualify
Its a comprehensive stroke center and need someone with experience in neuro exams, NIHSS and complex stroke care. Very helpful if they have had some CEUs to show they have some stroke education.
DEA require

Working Hours

Full time need
0700-1730 - all day shift in hospital, no home on call shifts.
8 shifts per 2 weeks. Expect every other weekend or every 3rd weekend
