What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in OR Hospital privileges are required as the infusion room is a hospital outpatient department.
Looking for one provider to cover a full time need. Any bids must have full time availability.
Shift times are 0800-1800.
Required: ambulatory outpatient oncology experience.
Prefer: oncology certification
Must be OR licensed.
