We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Patient Engagement Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on patient-centered remote roles.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving patient experiences through communication, outreach, and education.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach calls to engage patients in care
- Provide reminders for appointments, screenings, or follow-up visits
- Support care management teams by documenting patient interactions
- Encourage use of telehealth or patient portals
- Ensure communication is friendly, supportive, and accessible
