Business Process Manager

Responsibilities Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities Lead cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement standardized workflows and procedures Conduct process analysis, develop recommendations, and present findings Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and ensure alignment between departments such as Operations, Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Production, and HR Support change‑management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and solutions Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and workflow maps using tools such as Microsoft Visio Track process performance using KPIs and operational metrics; propose solutions to the management Collaborate with Business Analysts, IT, and department managers on operational improvements and system enhancements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or related functions Strong analytical skills (very important) with the ability to evaluate complex workflows and data Strong problem‑solving skills Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and working with multiple departments Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and implement structured improvement methodologies Join our team and help us cool the world Email your resume to: View email address on click.appcast.io or apply directly on LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
