Job Details Location: 2034 El Camino Real - Santa Clara, CA 95050 Salary Range: $24.00 - $27.00 Hourly Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Summary As a Center Manager at European Wax Center, you will oversee daily operations, including team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for beauty, strong leadership skills, and a drive to exceed goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists. Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention. Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care. Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and financial acumen. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background). Strong sales background preferred. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Established history of managing multiple direct reports. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Sales‑driven with a focus on customer service excellence. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Growth mindset is key. Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and can utilize KPIs to drive performance. Places the guest first, coaches associates, and builds brand loyalty. Self‑motivated, accountable, punctual, organized, reflecting the brand. Leads and inspires by example, encourages fact‑based solutions and celebrates success of others. Open and flexible schedule. Effective written and verbal communication. Able to learn and operate a POS system. Physically able to climb, reach, bend, lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally; stand and work on floor for extended periods (80% or more of shift).
