Audit Senior - Public Accounting

Audit Senior Opportunity

Growing CPA firm with two offices in the Valley of the Sun is looking to add an Audit Senior to their staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing audit, review, and compilation engagements – from planning through completion
• Applying knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation
• Researching and analyzing financial data and audit-related issues
• Building trusted client relationships and providing actionable recommendations
• Supervising, training, and mentoring team members on audit processes
• Developing an understanding of each client's business operations
• Supporting additional accounting services as needed

Background Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or eligibility a plus)
• 2-4 years of audit experience in public accounting
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to delivering superior client service
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
