Family Medicine Physician Hood River, OR
Our client is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven FQHC serving a diverse and underserved population in beautiful Hood River, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while making a meaningful community impact.
Position Highlights:
- Collaborative, team-based environment focused on health equity
- Outpatient primary care with opportunities for quality improvement and leadership
- Involvement in programs such as PCPCH and Meaningful Use
- Teaching and mentorship opportunities available
Qualifications:
- MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Oregon (or ability to obtain) Medical License & DEA
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), prenatal care, EPIC experience preferred
- FQHC or underserved care experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- $265K Total First-Year Package
- $200K base + $40K guarantee + $25K sign-on
- Relocation assistance ($5K$10K)
- RVU incentives starting year one
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible
- 200 hours PTO + 6 paid holidays
- Full benefits + 401(k)
