Recruiting/Classification Specialist (RCS) – Journeyman Work Location:Washington, DC Employment Type:Full-Time,Mid-Level Department:Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled Recruiting/Classification Specialist (RCS) – Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Manage recruiting lifecycle activities and ensure positions are classified according to federal standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting missionobjectives. Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
