Mobile Security Supervisor - Overnight Wage: $19.00-20.00 per hour Requirements Must have prior security supervisory experience Ability to work consistent overnight shifts Strong leadership and communication skills Open availability is required for consideration Additional Information Selected candidates must complete a second interview. Job Summary Provides field supervision of Securitas Mobile personnel in patrol, inspection, shared guarding and/or response operations; provides patrol and response service as needed. Essential Functions Supervises guards and other personnel in patrol, inspection, shared guarding and/or response operations, ensures high‑quality service and initiates corrective actions in a timely manner. Meets with branch management and/or client representatives for status updates, addresses issues, provides support during client start‑ups, supplies input to security planning, reviews orders and communicates requirements and changes. Participates in and coordinates with branch management regarding orientation, training, development and retention of high‑caliber staff; ensures dignity and respect for all staff. Assigns and directs work, coaches employees, carries out necessary disciplinary actions, and refers problematic issues to branch management. Maintains a positive, professional environment in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Communicates and coordinates scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping and related matters to ensure smooth service delivery. Inspects patrol routes and sites to ensure coverage and compliance; visits client representatives to ensure satisfaction; covers vacant routes as needed. Reviews client and company reports for accuracy and timeliness; assists in payroll preparation. Performs related duties and tasks as may be assigned. Minimum Qualifications at Entry High School diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent education/experience sufficient to perform essential functions. Minimum Hiring Standards At least 18 years of age. Reliable means of communication (pager or phone). Reliable means of transportation (public or private). Legal right to work in the United States. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation. Competencies Knowledge of security operations focusing on patrol, inspection and response services. Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures. Interpersonal skills to interact with clients across cultures. Working Conditions Work may involve frequent sitting, standing, walking, occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling and climbing. Personnel may lift up to 10 pounds routinely, up to 25 pounds occasionally. Exposure to stressful situations, inclement weather and sensitive information may occur. Overtime without advance notice may be required. Background checks, controlled substance testing and behavioral survey mandatory.
