Sales Representative - Orthopaedic Instruments - Erie, Pennsylvania

Stryker seeks an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative for a field-based role in Erie, Pennsylvania. The position involves driving revenue through territory management, building clinical relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and executing sales plans for surgical instruments and medical devices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed quota targets
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, supply chain, and hospital administrators
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and trials in clinical settings
- Lead product launches, conversions, implementations, and in-service training for clinical staff
- Analyze territory performance metrics and communicate results to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years outside sales and territory management experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% within assigned territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- Medical device or healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated quota attainment and revenue growth track record preferred
