Key Responsibilities:

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• You will evaluate the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and business solutions.
• Your role involves researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support effective decision-making.
• You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and translate them into detailed process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of business cases and support project planning activities.
• Assist in validating solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives.
• Engage in continuous learning to deepen expertise and enhance contributions to team outcomes.

Note: role requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week) in Jersey City, NJ and client mandated 5 days away per quarter

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools
• Role requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week) in Jersey City, NJ and client mandated 5 days away per quarter
• Associate's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis Interpretation
• Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Python Programming Language, and Java
• Bachelor's degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
