Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Our client, a rapidly growing consumer and commercial financial services company, is seeking a skilled Accounting Professional to join their Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment, managing accounting operations and supporting strategic growth. What You’ll Do: Oversee general ledger accounts and ensure timely monthly close. Lead annual audit preparation, providing valuations and documentation to auditors. Monitor supplier payments, prepare wire transfers, and manage cash allocations across multiple entities. Handle payroll allocations at the subsidiary level. Prepare and analyze data for capital calls, borrowing requests, and distributions. Reconcile month-end closings in NetSuite and prepare financial statements. Calculate and book accruals and expenses. Monitor orders, cashflows, and inventory between internal and third-party systems. Deliver ad hoc reporting for management and marketing teams. Provide overall support to a growing finance department. What We’re Looking For: 2-4 years of investment management accounting and financial reporting experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Prior experience in commercial banking, finance, or fintech (inventory/supply chain finance preferred). Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with auditors, consultants, and cross-functional partners.
