).This position exists to serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert for a growing Chicago-based organization, owning system configuration, reporting, and process optimization across multiple HR functional areas while enabling smarter, data-driven people decisions across the busines

- nce5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and support experience across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Tale
- nt.Demonstrated proficiency building advanced and matrix reports, calculated fields, and dashboards within Workd
- ay.Deep understanding of HR data, HR operations, and Workday platform best practic
- es.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business partne
- rs.Workday Pro certification(s) strongly preferr

- ons.Lead execution of annual cyclical processes within Workday including Open Enrollment, Merit and Compensation cycles, and Performance Managem
