Employment Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Cincinnati, OH office. The firm specializes in labor and employment law, providing strategic solutions to enhance workplace functionality and employee engagement. Duties Defend and litigate a variety of labor and employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration on employment matters. Requirements JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 3+ years of experience in employment or commercial litigation. Employment law background strongly preferred. Current OH Bar admission in good standing. Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Ohio Bar. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
