Office Admin Support

Temporary position. Prior receptionist experience is applicable. Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Switchboard Operator

Receives and responds to calls from customers, employees, and vendors calling into the general headquarters phone line. Responds to said calls by providing general information or transferring calls to the appropriate individual/department using internal resources. Must work well in a team environment, be able to work quickly, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions internally and externally. Must be able to quickly adapt to changes and new information, and maintain all forms of communication, including e-mail.

Work is conducted in a small team, and thus, timeliness, reliability, and consistency is of paramount importance. Applicant is entitled to 5 excused absences and up to 3 unexpected absences for the duration of this engagement.

Switchboard hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. May handle confidential information. Mandatory skills: Timeliness, Reliability, Customer Service Skills, Teamwork, Basic computer skills. Desired skills: Experience interacting in Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, and intranet systems.
