Our team consists of problem solvers and go-getters dedicated to service-oriented and solving important problems.About the Role: The SAP Finance Functional Lead is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) capabilities, supporting core financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Costing, and Profitability Analysis. This role serves as the primary liaison between Finance business stakeholders and technology teams, driving solution design, delivery, and continuous optimization of SAP financial systems. A key focus of the position is enabling the transition from custom, manual processes to standardized, automated, and scalable SAP solutions while ensuring strong financial controls, data integrity, and compliance. The role also partners closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Application Support teams and reports directly to the Vice President of Business Solutions.Responsibilities Include: Own end-to-end SAP FI/CO processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability AnalysisAct as the functional SME for Finance within SAP, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practicesDrive standardization of financial processes across the organizationLead requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration for SAP FI/CO enhancements and projectsEnsure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with SAP best practicesPartner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutionsWork closely with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutionsProvide guidance on system capabilities, process improvements, and automation opportunitiesSupport financial close processes and critical business cyclesIdentify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiencyDrive automation initiatives within financial processes (e.g., invoice processing, reconciliations)Feed improvements into product backlog aligned to business valueEnsure adherence to financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory complianceSupport internal and external audits related to SAP Finance processesMaintain proper documentation and change controlsAbout the Pay: Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $175,000 AnnuallyAnnual Bonus ProgramEquity401(k) Profit SharingMedical, Dental, Vision & More!Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary based on locationAbout You: 8–12+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) functional rolesDeep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO)Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferredStrong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and controlsProven experience in:End-to-end solution design and deliveryBusiness stakeholder engagement (Finance/Accounting)Driving process improvements and automationExperience working in integrated SAP landscapes (MM, SD, etc.)Ability to balance Build (projects) and Run (support & stabilization) responsibilitiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fieldTo learn about how we collect, use and secure your personal information.
