Partner as a trusted business partner with Go‑To‑Market leaders, supporting strategic initiatives and acting as a strategic partner with strong business acumen. Manage organizational design, talent management, and change leadership initiatives that scale with enterprise growth. Work in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment; demonstrate resilience, resourcefulness, and critical thinking. Desired Skills, Knowledge & Experience 12+ years in a People/HR team, with at least 5 years as a business partner. Track record of building and scaling programs, partnering with business leaders, and leveraging AI to enhance productivity. Experience in a virtual or distributed environment and ability to link HR strategy to business outcomes. Excellent communicator (verbal and written), influencer with empathy, and a leader who drives results. Integrity, respect, and a commitment to inclusion. Compensation Compensation may vary by location. San Francisco Bay Area: Estimated annual salary $187,000 – $257,000. New York City & Washington: Estimated annual salary $178,000 – $245,000. Colorado: Estimated annual salary $162,000 – $223,000. Eligible to earn incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan and to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
