As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the operational strategy, improving processes, and fostering collaboration across departments to meet business objectives efficiently and effectively. Key Objectives Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Manage cross-functional teams and resources to support project delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align operational goals with company strategy. Implement and monitor performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate operational activities related to turbomachinery manufacturing, maintenance, and service delivery. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines and financial targets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize operational disruptions. Drive team development through coaching, training, and performance management. Report regularly on operational performance and present insights to senior leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management. Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
