We are looking to hire hard-working, outgoing, energetic restaurant management personnel who can excel at the tasks in the following job description for a fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant. Must have a flexible schedule. Nights and weekends are required. Restaurant Experience is preferred. Must be hard working and a team player, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. We want folks who care about people and take pride in the work that they do.

Job Qualifications 

The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a flexible working schedule
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Prior restaurant management experience

Responsibilities:

The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities and complete all training requirements including:

• Hands-on stations training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
• Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
• Maintain awareness of current promotions
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
• Be knowledgeable with the Zaxby’s Loyalty app
• Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby’s brand
• Support both Front of House and Back of House staff
• Other work assigned

Capabilities Requirement:

• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch or climb, including the use of ladders
• Frequently lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds, sometime lifting overhead
• Ensure that daily cash drawers, safe and credit cards are balanced.
• Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
• Communicate proficiently through speech, reading and writing
• Maintain effective audio-visual perception and judgement to observe and respond to the current environment
• Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens
• Safely operate restaurant equipment
• High maturity and professionalism standards
• Reliability and punctuality
