Job Overview

Top Expert Homes is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to connect with homeowners, follow up with leads, identify potential real estate opportunities, and help move prospects through our sales process.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, personable, persistent, and highly organized. You should be comfortable making outbound calls, building rapport, asking the right questions, handling objections, and consistently following up with leads. This is a great opportunity for someone who is competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound leads from homeowners interested in selling their properties.
• Build rapport with potential sellers and gather key information about their property, situation, timeline, and motivation.
• Qualify leads and identify strong opportunities for the acquisitions team.
• Schedule appointments and follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Manage leads, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments accurately within the CRM.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain communication with leads who are not immediately ready to sell.
• Work closely with the acquisitions and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.
• Meet individual activity, appointment, follow-up, and conversion goals.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and solutions-focused experience for every homeowner.

Compensation

$50,000/yr (plus commission)
