Inside Sales Representative

Description

Sell products and services to new and existing customers via telephone, fax and email.

Enter sales orders and quotes into P21.

Provide pricing and product information as requested.

Provide customer and outside sales representative with price and updated delivery information as required.

Assist walk in customers if needed.

Ensure that catalog data and pricing provided to the customer is current.

Follow through with customer inquiries, complaints and discrepancies and ensure all are handled / corrected in a timely manner.

Follow up on all customer quotes to determine outcome.

Attend department or company-wide meetings as required.

Required Qualifications:

2 years of experience in the inside sales - open to industry as long as they can see that they demonstrated good data entry/computer/customer service skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
