Responsibilities include: Lead and mentor nurses, caregivers, and medication staff Ensure outstanding resident assessments, care planning, and service delivery Oversee medication management and clinical compliance Maintain quality assurance and regulatory compliance standards Build, coach, and retain an engaged resident care team Develop staffing schedules and manage labor budgets Conduct care plan meetings with residents, families, and healthcare providers Partner closely with the Executive Director and department leaders to drive excellent resident outcomes Promote resident safety, employee engagement, and Arbor's culture of excellence Participate in Manager-on-Duty rotation and provide leadership support as needed Required Qualifications What We’re Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting Experience supervising nursing and caregiver teams Strong knowledge of state regulations and clinical compliance Experience with staffing, scheduling, and labor management Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule and participate in on‑call responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience with quality assurance/performance improvement (QA/QI) Experience using electronic health records or applicant/resident management systems Why Arbor?
