Medication Assistant

Role Overview This position involves providing medication assistance, personal care, and support to residents in a senior living environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with medication administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Support residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Engage residents in social activities and meaningful conversation. Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental conditions. Complete documentation related to medication, incidents, and resident status. Assist during meal times and encourage participation in activities and outings. Support with light housekeeping duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or CNA in a senior care setting. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Must complete Medication Aide training and certification if required. Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
