Phlebotomist III - Float: Multi-Site Travel & Mentoring

Phlebotomist III Float – Arlington, VA Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with rotational weekends. You will perform phlebotomy duties across multiple patient service centers and offices. Your responsibilities include drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, collecting billing information, coaching new staff, and supporting on‑site personnel. Pay Pay range: $20.23+ per hour. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications, with a consideration of market and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
