Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Position at Clarvida - Arizona Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Sahuarita Arizona, Green Valley Arizona, Catalina Arizona Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $21-$22About the Role The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing client-specific behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on delivering direct, face-to-face behavioral services, collecting accurate data, and supporting clients in developing independent, age-appropriate skills. The RBT works closely with clients, families, and treatment teams to promote skill generalization and reduce the need for ongoing services while maintaining professionalism and compassion in all interactions.ResponsibilitiesImplement face-to-face behavioral analytic interventions and skill acquisition programs as outlined in the Treatment PlanAccurately and consistently collect behavioral and skill acquisition data during sessionsProvide support and model interventions for parents, teachers, and community membersDeliver positive reinforcement strategies to clients and familiesCommunicate effectively with team members to support client goals and progressAdhere strictly to Individualized Treatment Plans to prevent dependency on servicesMaintain professional boundaries with clients and families at all timesProvide culturally competent and inclusive servicesComplete required training curriculum in accordance with company and state standardsParticipate in clinical meetings, supervision sessions, and incorporate supervisor feedbackFollow safety and crisis protocols as outlined in client-specific plansMaintain timely and accurate session documentation in electronic health record systemsMaintain active RBT certification, including supervision hours and annual competency requirementsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through BACB (assistance provided upon hire)Ability to follow treatment plans and implement behavioral interventionsStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactionsAll Employees:401(k)Free licensure supervisionPet insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Perks @ Clarvida – national discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainmentMileage reimbursementCellphone stipend (*Benefits may vary by state or county)
