Overview
Registered Dietitian (Clinical) travel assignment in Tillamook, Oregon. Start date 08/03/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,408–$2,555 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts. In this clinical nutrition role, you will provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified with nutritional risk or special needs, participate in care planning and education, and document interventions in line with policy and practice standards.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified with nutritional risk or special needs.
- Perform initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide nutrition care plans.
- Develop, implement, and document nutrition care plans; adjust plans based on patient progress and goals.
- Educate patients and families about nutrition therapy, diet plans, and safe feeding strategies.
- Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team; document all interventions in accordance with policy and standards.
- Deliver clinical nutrition care with appropriate technical and clinical decision-making skills.

Requirements
- Ability to provide clinical nutrition services in a day-shift, patient-focused setting.
- Demonstrated experience with nutrition assessment, care planning, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills for patient/family education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Proficiency with charting and adherence to policy-driven documentation standards.
- Eligible for clinical practice in the appropriate state or applicable licensure status as required.
