This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is conscientious with the ability to multitask.Responsibilities:Welcome all visitors and provide a professional and positive client experienceService visitors by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriatelyManage main phone line switchboard, answer, and forward incoming calls as appropriateReceive deliveries, couriers and distribute as appropriateMaintain lobby areas and conference room to ensure they are clean and ready for useWork with other team members in supporting attorneys and paralegals within the firmOther duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GEDExperience with Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail, ability to adapt, change pace quickly with a high degree of multi-taking and time managementPrior experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in the legal field.OnderLaw offers a competitive pay and great work environment.
