Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients to drive company growth.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and consultative selling.

- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase staffing services and solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by proactively managing a sales pipeline and following up on leads in a timely manner.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to strategically position our client’s offerings.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required by management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or human resources industry.

- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals in a B2B environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
