Chiller Plant Technician

Snapshot / Role Overview
We are seeking a Chiller Plant Technician in Las Vegas, NV to operate and maintain chiller plants serving large-scale resorts, casinos, and commercial complexes. Impact - Maintain cooling for world-class entertainment venues- Support energy management goals in high-demand environments
- Ensure equipment reliability during extreme summer conditions
- Contribute to seamless guest experiences Responsibilities - Operate central chiller plants with multiple units
- Monitor system performance and adjust setpoints as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance on chillers and auxiliaries
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Manage chemical treatment for cooling water systems
- Coordinate with engineering staff on plant operations
- Complete shift logs and maintenance documentation
- Participate in equipment overhauls and upgrades Requirements Must-Haves
- 5+ years of chiller plant or central plant experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experience operating multiple chillers simultaneously
- Understanding of chilled water distribution systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts Nice-to-Haves
- Casino or resort property experience
- District cooling system familiarity
