Position Overview

Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, covering abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging

• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver top-notch diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain ultrasound equipment, addressing any technical issues promptly
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient information within the electronic health record system

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a relevant field
• Graduation from an accredited Sonography program (CAAHEP) is strongly preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
