We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in West Allis, WI. If you have a passion for precision machining and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Responsibilities Set up, program and operate CNC lathe/mills machines to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC set-up, program and operate and machining processes. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
