This is not a remote positionInteract with customers via telephone to provide informationUse computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issuesProcess transactions and reply to inquiries about servicesRecord customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions takenSchedule appointments and field customer questionsAddress problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutionsEnsure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concernsEnter data in computer system and maintain logs/records of calls, activities and other informationShow care and compassion for customersMaintain the highest level of customer serviceEffective communication with all other dispatchers and persons in the officeAbility to work as a teamAbility to work in a very fast paced, high pressure environmentSpecific QualificationsCall Center Experience 1-2 years minimumExcellent communication skills, including active listeningService-oriented and able to resolve customer grievancesProficient computer skillsProficient phone/communication skillsGreat attention to detailAbility to multitaskMust be willing to work on varied evenings and weekendsHVAC or Plumbing office experience a plusHigh school diploma or equivalentCustomer Service Experience RequiredBenefitsMedical InsuranceThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support.
