Responsibilities for a Escrow Assistant / Construction Loan Disbursement Coordinator include but are not limited to:

• Prepare construction loan Requests for Funds and process pending payments for checks and wire transfers.

• Monitor trust accounts, post incoming funds to project files, and maintain accurate disbursement records.

• Review lien waivers, coordinate payment distributions, and communicate funding availability to payees.

• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain project documentation, scan files, and assist with monthly report reviews.

Candidates for Construction Loan Disbursement Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 2+ years of experience in construction disbursement, escrow, title, real estate, banking, or a related industry.

• Experience processing payments, reviewing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office; strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills. Experience with lien waivers is a plus.

Pay Details: $18.40 per hour
