In-Home Sales Representative - Bathroom Design and Sales
Elevating Bathrooms with Style, Value, and Lasting QualityAt Renken Remodeling, we're transforming bathrooms across Phoenix with stylish, budget-friendly, and low-maintenance solutions—including accessibility options that make life easier. Now, we're looking for driven sales pros to bring that excellence to more homes.
About the Role:
You'll be the friendly face of Renken, connecting with pre-qualified homeowners to showcase custom bath solutions that fit their lifestyle. This exciting outside sales position uses state-of-the-art tech to design and sell premium products on the spot.
Key Responsibilities:
Present our dynamic sales demo using an iPad for an interactive experience.
Join weekly training to sharpen your sales edge and stay ahead.
Design tailored bath solutions with our user-friendly software.
Quote pricing confidently and close deals that delight customers.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
In-home sales experience (home remodeling a big plus).
Reliable transportation
Poise and confidence in presentations and public speaking.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined mindset.
Independent achiever who thrives in a vibrant sales environment.
Outgoing personality that builds rapport effortlessly.
