Client Advisor - Valley Fair

Summary The Client Advisor delivers best-in-class client service and is responsible for achieving individual sales goals and KPIs. This role builds lasting client relationships through mastery of product knowledge and selling ceremonies while supporting boutique operating processes. The Client Advisor also assists with boutique merchandising, inventory and client services across channels. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (sales volume, UPT, ADS). Provide exceptional client service in person, by phone and electronically, developing a local and international client book. Demonstrate product expertise and engage clients with product stories and details. Resolve client issues in partnership with leadership to protect the business and client relationships. Support floor moves, visual merchandising, housekeeping and locating merchandise at other boutiques; process charge-send sales per company guidelines. Manage individual stock assignments, participate in inventory and cycle counts, and assist with packing or wrapping customer purchases. Requirements Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods. Strong communication, organization and follow-through skills with a drive for business results and passion for the brand. Ability to provide outstanding customer service across channels and to complete business documentation accurately. Flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.
