Underwriter L.A.U.N.C.H. Program: 9-Week Elite Training

Amwins Underwriting in Charlotte, NC and Overland Park, KS operates the 9-week L.A.U.N.C.H Program to launch underwriting careers. Participants receive housing during training and will relocate to Overland Park to join Alta Risk's team, with travel limited to twice yearly for additional training. Graduates move into an entry-level underwriting support role, handling rating, quoting and policy files, while developing leadership, insurance knowledge and professional skills through mentorship and #J-18808-Ljbffr Amwins
